30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, for any reason. Boots must be unworn (indoor try-on only), in original condition, with the box and packaging. Keep your order number as proof of purchase.

Your legal rights

As a UK consumer you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — our 30-day policy sits on top of this right and never replaces it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; if they're not, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

How to return

1. Email info@hexglam.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
2. We reply within 24 working hours with your return authorisation and the return address.
3. Post the item with a tracked service — return postage is your responsibility (except faulty items or our error). Untracked parcels travel at the sender's risk.
4. Returns sent without prior authorisation can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 14 days and confirm by email. Banks can take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at info@hexglam.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Once your return is accepted and the original pair is on its way back to us, we'll ship the replacement free of charge. Return postage for the original pair remains at your cost, except for faulty items or our error.

Faulty or incorrect items

Check your order on arrival. If a boot is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos: free replacement or full refund, return postage on us.
