FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is delivery really free?

Yes — free on every order, no minimum. Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–10 working days, fully tracked. Details in our Delivery Policy.

Can I return or exchange my boots?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery (on top of your 14-day legal cancellation right). Boots must be unworn, in the original box. Email info@hexglam.com to start — full details in our Returns & Refunds.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a UK size guide with foot length in centimetres. Most styles run true to size; pointed styles we suggest sizing up — it's noted on the product. Unsure? Email us.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch — enter it on our Track Your Order page. Allow a few days for the first scan.

What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Prices include VAT; all transactions are encrypted.

Will I get an order confirmation?
